ANONYMOUS ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF LIFE OFFERING

Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc. has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement conducted under the listed issuer financing exemption.

Now that the company has secured the funds from its fully subscribed listed issuer financing exemption offering, it is well positioned to accelerate the advancement and commercialization of its core products. The LIFE offering proceeds, together with Anonymous's August, 2025, private placement funds of nearly $800,000, provide the company with renewed capital strength to support fast-tracking product enhancements, expanding development capabilities and preparing its solutions for broader market adoption. The company also intends to deploy capital toward strategic cryptocurrency asset acquisitions and further enhance its cryptocurrency initiatives through its SimpliiCrypto platform, supporting the continued buildout of its digital asset ecosystem. Following this, a portion of the proceeds will support expanded marketing, rebranding and investor awareness initiatives aimed at increasing visibility, strengthening market positioning and broadening its reach with the investment community. Additional proceeds will be allocated to corporate expenses and working capital to ensure the company is well resourced to execute on its growth objectives and deliver long-term shareholder value.

The company issued an aggregate of 3,625,000 units at a price of 20 cents per unit for total gross proceeds of $725,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of 25 cents for a period of 24 months from closing. If, at any time prior to the expiry of the warrants, the company's common shares trade at or above 50 cents for 10 consecutive trading days on the Canadian Securities Exchange, the company may accelerate the expiry date of the warrants by providing warrantholders with 30 days notice by way of news release.

The LIFE offering was completed pursuant to the listed issuer financing exemption under Part 5A of National Instrument 45-106 (Prospectus Exemptions). The securities issued under the LIFE offering are not subject to resale restrictions under applicable Canadian securities laws.
