ANONYMOUS INTELLIGENCE COMPANY ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN RECORD DATE FOR SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc., further to its news release dated Feb. 26, 2023, has adjusted the record date for the share consolidation to March 6, 2024.

Effective at the opening of trading on March 5, 2024, the common shares of the company will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on a consolidated basis, with one postconsolidated common share outstanding for every 10 preconsolidation common shares.
