ANGKOR RESOURCES ANNOUNCES GRANT STOCK OPTIONS
Angkor Resources Corp.'s board of directors, in recognition of exceptional performance and dedication, has chosen to grant a total of 4,775,000 stock options to acquire the same number of common shares of the company
to directors, officers and consultants at a price of 25.5 cents per share. certain options issued to consultants are subject
to vesting requirements. The options were granted pursuant to the company's stock option plan as approved by the
shareholders at the meeting in 2025 and are subject to the terms of the applicable grant agreements and the
requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange. Of the options, 2.6 million were issued to directors and officers and expire three years
from the date of the grant, with the remaining 2,175,000 options having a term of either two years or one year subject to the
optionees continuing to act as consultants of the company.
Options are issued in accordance with the policies of the company and are subject to approval of the TSX-V.
The company also announces it has contracted King Tide Media LLC to assist in an awareness campaign. The
agreement is for a one-month period for $35,000 (U.S.), commencing on Sept. 22, 2025. King Tide's services include
digital marketing and content creation. The company and King Tide maintain an arm's-length relationship, and no
securities will be issued as compensation for marketing services.
