ANDINA COPPER APPOINTS VICE PRESIDENT INVESTOR RELATIONS; ANNOUNCES EQUITY GRANTS
Andina Copper Corp. has appointed Shae Frosst as vice-president, investor relations. The company also announces the grant of incentive stock options and restricted share units (RSUs).
Joseph van den Elsen, Andina Copper president and chief executive officer, commented:

This new role will allow us to expand our investor engagement strategy in support of Andina's rapidly evolving story, and the numerous corporate and project level catalysts on the horizon."
Ms. Frosst is an investor relations and corporate communications professional with over 12 years of experience in the mining sector. Ms. Frosst brings extensive experience developing strategic IR plans, managing investor communications, and supporting M&A (merger and acquisition) transactions for publicly traded exploration and production companies. Before joining Andina Copper, Ms. Frosst held senior investor relations roles at New Found Gold Corp., Centerra Gold Corp. and Denison Mines Corp.
Grant of incentive stock options and restricted share units (RSUs)
The company has granted a total of three million stock options of a five-year term to the company's president and chief executive officer. One million are exercisable at $1.50, one million are exercisable at $2.00 and one million are exercisable at $2.50.
The company has also granted a total 28,870 RSUs to certain employees, to vest 12 months following the date of grant.
