RECYCLICO GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Recyclico Battery Materials Inc. has granted an aggregate of 12.5 million stock options to directors and officers pursuant to the company's omnibus equity incentive plan. The stock options have an exercise price of 19 cents per share and an expiry date of Feb. 7, 2029.
