RECYCLICO BATTERY MATERIALS ANNOUNCES ZARKO MESELDZIJA RESIGNS FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Recyclico Battery Materials Inc. director Zarko Meseldzija has resigned from his position on the board of directors as of Jan. 21, 2024. As previously communicated, Mr. Meseldzija will continue his association with the company until March 1, ensuring a smooth transition.
