RECYCLICO BATTERY MATERIALS ANNOUNCES ZARKO MESELDZIJA TO STEP DOWN FROM CEO AND BOARD POSITIONS

Recyclico Battery Materials Inc.'s Zarko Meseldzija will be stepping down from his roles as chief executive officer of the company and as a member of the company's board of directors.

The board has begun searching for a successor to lead the company in its growth phase to become a leading supplier of sustainable lithium-ion battery recycling technology. Mr. Meseldzija will remain with the company through Feb. 29, 2024, and will be assisting with the transition process, which is not expected to have any adverse impact on the company's project timelines or day-to-day operations.

Paul Hildebrand, the chairman of the board, said: "Zarko has been an integral part of Recyclico's journey. We are grateful for his service and wish him well in his future endeavours."
