AMERICAN MANGANESE INC. ENTERS NDA WITH U.S. GOVERNMENT'S
AMES LABORATORY ON LITHIUM ION BATTERY RECYCLING
November 12, 2015 - Vancouver, BC

Larry W. Reaugh, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Manganese Inc.
("American Manganese" or "AMI" or "the Company) (TSX.V: AMY; Pink Sheets: AMYZF;
Frankfurt: 2AM), is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a Non-Disclosure
Agreement (NDA) with the Critical Materials Institute, operated by the Ames Laboratory, a
U.S. Department of Energy National Laboratory.

The agreement allows both parties to exchange certain confidential and proprietary
information with each other for the sole purpose of evaluating a possible business transaction
and possible research agreements in the area of manganese and recycled lithium-ion
batteries.

American Manganese currently holds patents in the U.S., China and South Africa for its
proprietary process to recover high-purity manganese metals from low-grade resources.
