AMERICAN MANGANESE INC. REFILES INTERIM MD&A
May 5, 2015 Vancouver, BC
American Manganese Inc. ("American Manganese" or the "Company")(TSX.V: AMY; Pink
Sheets: AMYZF; Frankfurt: 2AM) has refiled its management discussion and analysis for the 6-
month period ended January 31, 2015 (the "MD&A") on SEDAR. As a result of a review by the
British Columbia Securities Commission, the Company has made the following material
revisions to the MD&A:
Previous reference to a "mineral resource" on the Artillery Peak property has been
revised to clarify that it is an "indicated resource".
Since some of the "alternate cases" (with respect to economic valuations) outlined in
the preliminary feasibility study ("PFS") on the Artillery Peak project are no longer
current or valid, only the "base case" scenario is now included in the MD&A and the
net present value discounted at 8% is highlighted.
The MD&A now states:
o the electrolytic manganese metal ("EMM") price that was used to derive the
"base case" scenario in the PFS; and
o the approximate price range for EMM which prevailed during 2014.
About American Manganese Inc.
