The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  13,155,000

Original expiry date of warrants:  8,695,000 on April 6, 2024, and 4.46 million on April 29, 2024

New expiry date of warrants:  8,695,000 on April 6, 2025, and 4.46 million on April 29, 2025

Exercise price of warrants:  7.5 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 26.31 million common shares with 13,155,000 common share purchase warrants attached. The private placement was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Nov. 10, 2022.
