The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a mineral option agreement between AM Resources Corp. and an arm's-length party. The agreement allows the company to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the East Wolf, Sankt Rad and Legend properties, located in Austria, under the following terms.

Consideration:  effective date, $100,000 and three million common shares; first anniversary, five million common shares; second anniversary, five million shares

The company will grant a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty, of which 0.5 per cent of the NSR may be repurchased by the company for $1.5-million.
