AM RESOURCES ANNOUNCES REINSTATEMENT OF TRADING ON AUGUST 14TH, 2023

AM Resources Corp. has provided an update on the reinstatement of its common shares for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, effective Aug. 14, 2023. The cease trade order imposed by the Autorite des marches financiers against the corporation (announced on May 8, 2023) was fully revoked on Aug. 8, 2023, following the filing of the financial documents (as defined as follows).

The following documents have been filed by the corporation on Aug. 4, 2023, and are available for review under AM's SEDAR+ profile:

• Audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022, corresponding management discussion and analysis, and chief executive officer and chief financial officer certifications;
• Interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2023, corresponding management discussion and analysis, and CEO and CFO certifications.
