In exchange for the Services, the Company will remit CHF 5,000 monthly, due on the first of each month, for a one-year duration. Following this period, the contract will automatically renew on a quarterly basis, with termination possible by either party with a notice period of seven (7) days before the renewal date. The consideration provided to SRC does not involve any securities of the Company.
