AMERICAN FUTURE FUEL ENTERS INTO MARKETING AGREEMENT WITH SRC SWISS RESOURCE CAPITAL AG

American Future Fuel Corp. has engaged SRC Swiss Resource Capital AG (SRC), an independent entity, to provide investor relations, digital translation, news and communications services in Europe. In exchange for the services, the company will remit 5,000 Swiss francs monthly, due on the first of each month, for a one-year duration. Following this period, the contract will automatically renew on a quarterly basis, with termination possible by either party with a notice period of seven days before the renewal date.

The consideration provided to SRC does not involve any securities of the company. Beyond this specific engagement, there exists no other relationship between the company and SRC, including with Jochen Staiger, the chief executive officer of SRC.
