AMERICAN FUTURE FUEL ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Stephen Goodman has resigned from its board of directors, effective immediately. In conjunction with his resignation, Mr. Goodman has elected to return to the company 250,000 stock options granted to him on Sept. 14, 2023, for cancellation.

American Future Fuel extends its appreciation to Mr. Goodman for his service during his tenure and wishes him well in all his future endeavours.
