CORRECTION TO STOCK OPTION TERM

AMPD Ventures Inc. has made a correction to the news release issued on Jan. 18, 2022, regarding the grant of 625,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of 36 cents per share to certain employees and an officer of the company with an expiry date of three years from grant date. The company would like to clarify that out of 625,000 stock options, 25,000 stock options have an expiry term of three years and 600,000 stock options have an expiry term of five years from the date of grant unless terminated pursuant to the terms of the stock option plan. All other terms of the stock option grant remain unchanged.
