ALTAN RIO UPSIZES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Altan Rio Minerals Ltd. has upsized its previously announced non-brokered private placement of common shares in the capital of the company to up to 16.25 million shares at a price of eight cents per share for gross aggregate proceeds of up to $1.3-million.

The other terms of the offering remain the same as disclosed in the press release of the company dated June 13, 2023. The company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to continue its field exploration program and desktop work, general working capital, and administrative expenses. The offering remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
