Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Nov. 14, 2023, and Athabasca Minerals Inc.'s news release dated April 19, 2024, effective at the close of business on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, the common shares of the company will be delisted for failure to maintain exchange requirements.

Prior to the delisting, the common shares of the company were subject to a suspension from trading.
