Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Nov. 13, 2023, and Athabasca Minerals Inc.'s news release dated Nov. 14, 2023, effective at the opening on Thursday, Nov. 16, 2023, the common shares of the company will be suspended for failure to maintain exchange requirements.

Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
