At the request of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, the CDRs (Canadian depositary receipts) listed in the attached table will be voluntarily delisted from Cboe Canada at the close of trading on Monday, Dec. 22, 2025. The CDRs are expected to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the
start of trading on Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025.
