The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation the quote sale and purchase agreement, among the issuer and an arm's-length party. Pursuant to the terms of agreement, the issuer has sold its interest in Marketwall S.R.L. in consideration for a cash amount of 3.92 million euros.
