ALTEREGO VENTURES 24 CORP. ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS

Toronto, Ontario September 10, 2026

Alterego Ventures 24 Corp. (TSXV: ALTR.P) (the "Company"), a capital pool company ("CPC") listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), is pleased to announce that all matters were approved at its annual general and special meeting of the Company's shareholders held on September 10, 2026 (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting, all three director nominees were duly elected to the board of directors of the Company ("Board") to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are appointed. The Company's Board now consists of Hillar Lilles, Jason Saltzman, and Allan Birce.
