ALTEREGO VENTURES 24 CORP. ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS

All matters were approved at Alterego Ventures 24 Corp.'s annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on Sept. 10, 2026. Details of the matters are set out in the company's management information circular dated Aug. 6, 2026, available on the company's SEDAR+ profile.

At the meeting, all three director nominees were duly elected to the board of directors of the company to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are appointed. The company's board now consists of Hillar Lilles, Jason Saltzman and Allan Birce.
