Alliance Mining Corporate Update

Vancouver, British Columbia, March 12, 2024 - Alliance Mining Corp. (TSX.V: ALM) ("Alliance" or the "Company") reports that the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has given the Company notice for the possible transfer to the NEX unless it confirms it is able to meet the continued listing requirements for a Tier 2 listed company by May 6, 2024.

The Company also announces that it anticipates holding its next Annual General Meeting on May 14, 2024. A copy of the notice of meeting, proxy and management information circular for the Meeting will be available on the Company's SEDAR profile at www.sedarplus.ca.
