ALLIANCE MINING CORPORATE UPDATE

The TSX Venture Exchange has given Alliance Mining Corp. notice for the possible transfer to the NEX unless it confirms it is able to meet the continued listing requirements for a Tier 2 listed company by May 6, 2024.

The company anticipates holding its next annual general meeting on May 14, 2024. A copy of the notice of meeting, proxy and management information circular for the meeting will be available on the company's SEDAR+ profile.
