MARGAUX REIT ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. FAYCAL SALEK AS TRUSTEE AND HIS ELECTION TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

Margaux Real Estate Investment Trust has appointed Faycal Salek as a trustee of the REIT. Mr. Salek has also been elected as a member of the audit committee.

Mr. Salek's appointment reflects Margaux's commitment to strengthening the REIT's governance.

Mr. Salek's appointment is effective immediately.
