ALERIO GOLD ANNOUNCES VP, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Alerio Gold Corp. has appointed William Rascan as vice-president, corporate development.

Mr. Rascan brings over 30 years of experience in the investment brokerage/capital markets industry, currently as chief executive officer of Nova Mentis Life Science Corp. (formerly Liberty Leaf Holdings) and. previous to that, as CEO of Weststar Resources. During his tenure at Liberty Leaf, Mr. Rascan oversaw all aspects of the business which included a fundamental change of business into the cannabis sector, successfully shepherding its Health Canada cultivation and processing licence and growing the company to over $100-million market cap.

AS VP, corporate development, Mr. Rascan will be working closely alongside CEO Al Fabbro, focusing on the corporate development, financing and marketing needs of the company.
