Aldever Resources Inc. (ALD--TSXV) (ALDVF--OTCQB) (17G1--Frankfurt) is pleased to announce that, at the
request of the BC Securities Commission, the Company will be amending and refilling technical reports for the
Company's Poplar and Scotia Projects to ensure that they comply with NI43-101. Current reports contain
deficiencies and as do not wholly comply with the requirements of NI43-101. Consequently, the mineral resources
reported in those reports should not be relied upon until they can be supported by compliant technical reports.
