A-LABS CAPITAL IV CORP. ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF LETTER OF INTENT AND PROVIDES TRADING UPDATE

A-Labs Capital IV Corp.'s proposed transaction with Nanomedic Technologies Ltd. for its qualifying transaction has been terminated.

Trading in A-Labs shares on the TSX Venture Exchange has been halted at the request of the corporation and is expected to resume on the TSX-V once the resumption review process has been completed.

A-Labs, a capital pool company within the meaning of the policies of the TSX-V, does not have any operations and has no assets other than cash. The most recent cash balance as at June 30, 2023 (the most recent reporting period), was $6,600. The corporation's business is to identify and evaluate businesses and assets with a view to completing a qualifying transaction under the policies of the TSX-V.

The corporation will continue actively looking for a suitable qualifying transaction.
