The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that AltaGas Ltd. will list an additional 10.1 million common shares at the open on Nov. 7, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $39.65 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Nov. 5, 2025, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated March 12, 2025.
