ACKROO TO HOLD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON DECEMBER 7, 2023

Ackroo Inc.'s annual general and special meeting of shareholders will be held on Dec. 7, 2023, at 2 p.m. ET. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format in which shareholders will be invited to join a live audio conference with management of the Company or join in person at 1250 South Service Road, Unit A3-1 (3rd Floor), Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada. Management will be available to answer questions regarding the ongoing business of the Company, and interested shareholders are invited to attend.

At the meeting, shareholders will be asked to pass resolutions appointing the auditor of the Company, electing the directors of the Company, and approving the adoption of a new security-based compensation plan.

Further information on matters to be considered at the meeting will be made available in the management information circular which will be mailed to shareholders of record as of November 1st, 2023.
