AJN RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF 2025 SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

AJN Resources Inc. has released the voting results from its 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders, which was held on Dec. 3, 2025. All resolutions presented to shareholders were approved. The number of directors was set at four, and Klaus Eckhof, Sheena Eckhof, Lap Kiu Jacky Chan and Patrick Flint were elected or re-elected to AJN's board of directors. Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP, chartered professional accountants, was reappointed as the auditor of the company. Mr. Eckhof continues as the company's chief executive officer and president, and Philip Knowles continues as the company's chief financial officer.
