(“Alix” or the “Company”) (AIX-TSX:V) (37N–FRANKFURT) announces that further to its news releases of November 8th, 2017 and November 15, 2017 the non-brokered private placement is being increased to up to 34,000,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.12 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,080,000. All other terms of the private placement remain unchanged.
The private placement is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Alix Resources is a junior mining exploration company focussed on seeking and acquiring world class lithium projects globally. Alix continues to evaluate suitable prospects that fit the mandate of the Company.
