--->nnounces a correction to its news release of November 3, 2016 regarding the non-brokered Flow Through Private placemen
--->t.  In the Company's original release it was stated that the private placement would be comprised of up to 6,250,000 u
--->nits for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $800,000. The number of units in the offering is correct however the aggreg
--->ate gross proceeds of the non-brokered Flow Through private placement will be up to $500,000. 

The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
