ALIX ANNOUNCES FINANCING  
April 16, 2015, Vancouver, BC, Canada - ALIX RESOURCES CORP. ("Alix" or the "Company") (AIX-TSX:V) (37N-FRANKFURT)  an
--->nounces that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 15 million units ("Units") at a price of $0.05 per Un
--->it for aggregate gross proceeds of $750,000 (the "Offering").  Each Unit will be comprised of one common share ("Share
--->") and one share purchase warrant of the Company ("Warrant").  Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additio
--->nal share at a price of $0.08 per share for a period of 60 months. Proceeds will be used for general working capital.

The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.

The Company further announces it has set 400,000 options at a price of $.06 for directors and consultants of the Compa
--->ny in accordance the Company's stock option plan.
