December 16, 2014, VANCOUVER, B.C. - ALIX RESOURCES CORP. ("Alix" or the "Company") (AIX-TSX:V) (37N-FRANKFURT) announ
--->ces that, further to its news release dated December 1, 2014, effective December 17, 2014 at market open, the Company 
--->will consolidate its common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-cons
--->olidation common shares. 
The Company will have a total of approximately 7,873,988 post-consolidation common shares issued and outstanding. 
The consolidation was approved by the directors of the Company and has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange.
