Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 14, 2026) - AISIX Solutions Inc., (TSXV: AISX) ("AISIX" or "the Company"), a wildfire risk assessment and analytics solutions provider, is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement financing (the "Offering") of up to 25,000,000 common shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of C$0.02 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for general working capital.
The Shares issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four month hold period pursuant to securities laws in Canada. Any participation by "related parties" (as such term is defined under Multilateral Instrument 61-101 – Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transaction ("MI 61-101")) of the Company in the Offering will constitute a related party transaction under MI 61-101 but is expected to be exempt from the formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements of MI 61-101.
The Offering is expected to close on April 24, 2026, or on such other date or dates in one or more tranches as may be determined by the Company. The closing of the Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV").
