AIML ANNOUNCES ENGAGEMENT OF GUERILLA CAPITAL FOR COMMUNICATIONS AND INVESTOR OUTREACH EFFORTS

AI-ML Innovations Inc. has engaged Guerilla Capital, an arm's-length investor relations firm with offices in Ontario, Canada. Guerilla will provide investor relations services to the company, including enhancing the company's communications and investor outreach efforts.

The initial term of the engagement will commence immediately and continue for a period of 12 months (subject to extension) at an aggregate fee of $120,000, of which $30,000 is payable up front, with the remaining balance payable in quarterly instalments of $30,000 each. The engagement may be terminated any time after the initial three months.
