The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Healwell AI Inc. will list additional shares at the open on Dec. 22, 2023. As stated in its short form prospectus dated Dec. 18, 2023, the company is issuing 12.5 million units at 80 cents per unit in a public offering. Each unit will consist of one Class A subordinate voting share and one-half of one share purchase warrant.

According to the TSX, the units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. The warrants will be exercisable at $1.20 per share for 36 months from the date of issuance. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
