ROCKET DOCTOR AMENDS 45 DEGREE AGREEMENT

Subject to regulatory approval, Rocket Doctor AI Inc. has entered into an addendum to the agreement originally entered into on July 18, 2025, to further engage the services of 45 Degrees Inc. to provide a specialized media service campaign to facilitate a ramp-up in Google advertising.

Pursuant to the addendum, 45 Degrees will receive a one-time payment of $17,000 (U.S.), payable on signing. The addendum is for a term of 30 days. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement, and 45 Degrees will not receive shares or options as compensation. 45 Degrees and the company are unrelated and unaffiliated entities, and, at the time of the agreement, neither 45 Degrees nor its principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the company.
