Further to its bulletin dated March 5, 2026, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that AGT Food and Ingredients Inc. has now closed its initial public offering of common shares. Accordingly, the shares, which had been trading on an if, as and when-issued basis under the symbol AGTF and with Cusip No. 001264 30 8, have begun trading on a regular settlement basis under the same symbol and with the same Cusip number, effective at 9:35 a.m. on March 9, 2026. There will be no further trading in the if, as and when-issued basis.
