Pursuant to a resolution passed by directors of the company on Jan. 8, 2024, Audrey has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-1.5-old basis. Pursuant to a resolution passed by directors on Jan. 8, 2024, the company has changed its name from Audrey Capital Corp. to Applied Graphite Technologies Corp.

Effective at the opening on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, the postconsolidated common shares of Applied Graphite Technologies will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Audrey Capital will be delisted.
