AGRINAM ACQUISITION CORPORATION EXTENDS PERMITTED TIMELINE AND REPORTS RESULTS OF SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The ordinary resolution put to the holders of Agrinam Acquisition Corp.'s Class A restricted voting shares at the special meeting of shareholders held on March 12, 2024, to extend the date by which the corporation has to consummate a qualifying acquisition from March 15, 2024, to Sept. 15, 2024, was approved.

One-hundred per cent of the votes cast at the meeting by shareholders present or represented by proxy were cast in favour of the resolution. Details of the voting results will be filed under the corporation's profile on SEDAR+.
