Effective at the opening, Feb. 9, 2026, the share purchase warrants of the company will trade for cash same-day settlement. The warrants expire on Feb. 9, 2026, and will therefore be halted at 12 p.m. ET and delisted at the close of business on Feb. 9, 2026.

Trade dates:  Feb. 9, 2026, to settle Feb. 9, 2026

The above is in compliance with trading Rule C.2.18, Expiry Date. Trading in the warrants shall be for cash same-day settlement on the expiry date. On the expiry date, trading shall cease at 12 p.m. ET and no transactions shall take place thereafter except with permission of the exchange.
