AVANTI GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS

Avanti Gold Corp. has appointed Natalie Davies as chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the company, effective Nov. 3, 2023.

Ms. Davies has over 14 years of experience in the corporate finance sector across three continents. She has spent the last six years working within mining organizations operating both domestically and internationally. Her most recent positions include serving as financial controller at Starcore International Mines, Bond Resources and iMining Technologies. She has also worked with a variety of companies in the resources, technology and health care sectors, from start-ups to publicly listed companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Canadian Securities Exchange and the Nasdaq Stock Market. Ms. Davies is a chartered professional accountant (CPA, CA) and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA; London, United Kingdom). She also holds a bachelor of accounting and finance from the University of Wales.
