Affinor Growers cease trade order revoked by BCSC

2026-05-28 12:31 ET - News Release

Mr. Nick Brusatore reports

AFFINOR GROWERS ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDER

On May 26, 2026, the British Columbia Securities Commission (the BCSC) issued a full revocation of Affinor Growers Inc.'s failure-to-file cease trade order (the CTO) which was issued by the BCSC on Oct. 6, 2025. The company anticipates that trading of its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange will recommence as soon as practicable.

The CTO was issued due to the company's failure to file its annual audited financial statements for the year ended May 31, 2025, management's discussion and analysis for the year ended May 31, 2025, and certification of annual filings for the year ended May 31, 2025 (collectively, the required filings). The company has now filed the required filings which can be found on the company's SEDAR+ profile.

The company continues to engage in its business of developing and using vertical farming technologies as it has for entire period in which the CTO was in effect.
