The CTO was issued due to the Company's failure to file an interim financial report for the period ended August 31, 2022, annual audited financial statements for the year ended May 31, 2022, management's discussion and analysis for the periods ended May 31, 2022 and August 31, 2022, and certifications of annual and interim filings for the periods ended May 31, 2022 and August 31, 2022 (the "Financials"). The Company's common shares where reinstated for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on December 27, 2023.
