On Dec. 21, 2023, the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) and the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) issued a full revocation of the company's failure-to-file cease trade order, which was originally issued on Dec. 19, 2022. The CTO was issued due to the company's failure to file an interim financial report for the period ended Aug. 31, 2022, annual audited financial statements for the year ended May 31, 2022, management's discussion and analysis for the periods ended May 31, 2022, and Aug. 31, 2022, and certifications of annual and interim filings for the periods ended May 31, 2022, and Aug. 31, 2022. The company has now filed all necessary documentation. The financials can be found on the company's SEDAR+ profile.
The company's common shares where reinstated for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on Dec. 27, 2023.
