AFFINOR GROWERS ENTERS INTO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IN CLASS ACTION PROCEEDINGS

Affinor Growers Inc., further to its news release dated Aug. 2, 2019, has entered into a settlement agreement with the class plaintiffs of the putative class proceedings, Tietz and others versus Bridgemark Financial and others, filed against it and two officers of the company in 2019. The completion of the settlement as contemplated by the settlement agreement, is subject to the approval of the B.C. Supreme Court. Details of the settlement will be released in connection with the court approval process.
