AFFINOR GROWERS ENTERS LOAN AGREEMENT

Affinor Growers Inc. has entered into a loan agreement with Freshbay Inc., pursuant to which the lender has agreed to lend the company $20,000. The loan shall bear interest at a rate of 8.0 per cent per annum and must be repaid by the company in six months.
